1. Who we are
UK Family Office Events Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17273537). Contact: info@uksfoevents.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in connection with our Conference and private briefings programme.
2. What data we collect
We collect data you provide when you complete one of our forms — including name, work email, organisation, job title, role, areas of interest, and any message content. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser information generated by your visit.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data to: process Conference registration applications; assess speaker and sponsor applications; invite verified principals to relevant private briefings; send tax briefings and event invitations where you have consented; respond to general enquiries; and to comply with our legal obligations. We rely on your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interests in operating the Conference and briefings programme (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Data processors
We use Formspree (Formspree Inc.) to receive form submissions from the following endpoints:

Form submissions are transmitted to Formspree, forwarded to our internal email, and stored on Formspree's servers in accordance with their privacy policy.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal obligations. Newsletter and briefing subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@uksfoevents.com to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. International transfers
Some of our processors are located outside the UK / EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
